Day 1 of a month of bread, and I made Detroit Deep Dish Pizza. It was good! Soft crust, cubes of Wisconsin Brick Cheese that form crispy edges, hand sliced pepperoni, and a sweet-ish sauce on top. Always a great meal. #breadsky #homebaker

300g water
30g mayonnaise
10g salt
7g yeast
Loaves 200c gas 6 35 minutes, rolls 16 minutes

Had some leftover grape tomatoes so decided to make some focaccia with 'em. Some thyme from the garden (yay spring!), Calabrian chili paste, parm and prosciutto. Would definitely do again.
Looking forward to our own cherry tomatoes in a couple of months!

Baked the sourdough I've been working on for 2 days :)
This is from a new starter I made, and the taste is pretty darn good. I also like the crumb, though it could be cooked a /little/ more.
Definitely too high in hydration, tho. This is 75% - 70% maybe 65% would work better.
