Dans un jardin clos, au soleil, un arbre à papillon bien feuillu penche vers le milieu du jardin.

Lumière basse sur le mur du jardin. L'arbre à papillons est partiellement dégarni, notamment sur le pourtour, avec un gros tas de branche au sol.

Le jardin est plus sombre. L'arbre à papillons à perdu la moitié de sa hauteur. L'absence de rameau permet de voir les grosses qui poussent pratiquement à l'horizontale.

Dimanche il faisait beau et j'ai donc enfin pu ratiboiser l'arbre à papillons dont le port penché me déprimait depuis l'emménagement, encouragée par des tutos YouTube. J'ai bien usé la lame du coupe-branché tout neuf, par contre... Idéalement j'aurais bien […]

I was admiring the Buddleia the other day and this beautiful Peacock butterfly landed and started to feed. Did you know while the adults can feed on these purple flowers, the caterpillar actually feeds on the Stinging Nettle? 🦋🐛🪻

Buddleia butterfly bush. Giving a little love to my white butterfly bush. Each spring I cut it to about 5-6ft and by mid August it’s towering at 10-12ft for a brief burst of white to brighten the corner of the yard.
Pollinators seem to love it.

A massive 10 foot buddleia bush growing out of a small blue wooden planter (which you cant really see now). Its covered in huge purple flower spikes and smells amazing. Its against a brick wall of a house with blue trellis and bunting on it

Hybrid Buddleias blooming. Noninvasive because the seeds aren't viable. I do see insects feeding on them at times, but my yard also has a lot of other insect forage. Not sure, but I think these are "Miss Molly". They are very, sweetly, fragrant. 🌱 #gardening #buddleia
