We have to be our own researches, unfortunately, or we’ll end up taking drugs we don’t need. Allergic myself to cararageenan, guar gum, and xanthum gum due to my #mcas which makes gf products for my #celiacs unavailable for me. Doctors don’t have the resources to diagnose.
