Of course, our lab is interested in studying #cilia, #centrioles and #centrosomes so we tested several antibodies against components of these organelles (cartwheel, lumen, appendages, PCM, rootlets, etc)- and show which ones worked well in kidney tissue (>80% of ab tested work!)
