Just had perfect boiled eggs and now I feel up for anything. 5’30”-40” for medium ones on my hob for hard whites and runny yolks regardless of where the eggs are from is my method! #EggChat

In fairness, I was in New York in October and they do serve up *a lot* of eggs when you ask for eggs. Maybe the shortages will rein them in to levels of normal egg consumption? #eggchat

I’m impartial to either part over the other but I will say I was full on panicked at the thought of trying to go egg white only and not having a use for all those glowy golden yolks. Haha. I hated eggs for so long growing up & now I can’t get enough. #EggChat
