to capacity for more demands, esp over time (eg because of #burnout risk). Like many, I find #spoontheory super helpful with this. Hacks are always possible - eg thru #reasonableadjustments. But #pacing & having boundaries re additional demands are also important strategies.

They missed the deadline. Then ignored the internal review request.

It’s now with the ICO.

Most of my equipment/software was refused by #DWP on the basis that it's the employer’s responsibility under the Equality Act 2010.

My employer is a very small local charity. Adjustments have to be financially viable, the law says so.
