Ein langgestrecktes dunkelgelbes Gebäude hinter einer vierspurigen leeren Straße und mehreren laublosen Bäumen. Das Haus hat sieben Giebel, von denen die beiden am linken Ende weniger gut zu erkennen sind, da im Hintergrund. Die mittleren drei Giebel sind mit sieben Etagen etwas höher als die anderen vier. Links neben Giebel 3 und rechts neben Giebel 5 ist jeweils noch ein Turm mit kreisförmiger Grundfläche und kegelförmigen Dach in das Gebäude eingearbeitet; die Turmhöhe ist ähnlich wie die der mittleren Giebel. Links ist außerdem noch eine Litfassäule zu sehen.
