A bit of a surprise for the highest wind gusts measured during this storm system as it was the Twin Ports that saw gusts over 60 mph.  That include the Blatnik Bridge at 69 mph, Duluth International Airport at 67 mph, Hermantown at 64 mph, and Sky Harbor Airport at 62 mph.  Other highest wind gusts included 58 mph at the Bay of Grand Marais, and 53 mph at Range Regional Airport.

The Flash Flood Warning in the Northland now covers most of Bayfield County, along with northwest Ashland, east Burnett, southeast Douglas, and northern Washburn.  These areas have seen the most rainfall since the early afternoon hours, with 2 to 4+ inches likely.  An additional 1 to 3 inches is possible through the next several hours.
