Grafiek van de Garmin BodyBattery. Oranje is ‘stress’, blauw is ‘rust’. Meestal zijn mijn nachten redelijk blauw, dus deze stukken hoog oranje geven al aan dat ik te druk geweest ben, m’n lichaam komt niet goed tot rust. Overdag heb ik (ondanks bedrust) bijna nooit blauw. Dat dat nu wel zo is, is een teken dat m’n zenuwstelsel helemaal doorgeslagen is naar de parasympatische kant, het evenwicht is compleet zoek. Het blauw lijkt positief maar ik weet inmiddels: onverwacht is altijd slecht nieuws. PEM is incoming.
Het was superfijn maar (natuurlijk…) véél te druk. Dat wist ik vooraf. Gelukkig goed geslapen en zelfs de #bodybattery wat bijgeladen. En vanmorgen nog 5 punten erbij.
Positief toch?
Nope, dit is veel té positief en daarmee teken van grote disbalans. Morgen* #PEM, dat staat vast.

Nothing to lose by trying #TheNicotineTest, so a few months ago I started cautiously @ 3.5mg. taking NP off by 5.30pm or.. insomnia. Last week's session I upped to 7mg. This week has seen remarkable upswings in Garmin #bodybattery, cognition and overall physical health. Wow 🤞🏼 #MECFS
