If you have a #ChronicIlness and you maintain your own #locs how long does it take you to retwist your hair? I usually pause my other creative projects and give myself 2 weeks to finish my hair but if I'm in active flare-up I give myself a month.

I was so happy to get back into the HBOT chamber today. It’s been a little over a month since my last time as I had to take time for an ear infection to heal.
The good news is this one just took a month! The last few times I have had one it was 6 and 10 weeks to heal.

really love fighting off an asthma attack & a migraine because my downstairs neighbor (i live in a duplex) decided to have people over & hotbox the entire apartment - without warning - despite us telling the neighbors multiple times over the last 1.5+ yrs to go outside or smth bc it causes me issues
