Early evening scene before dark in mid-autumn in one of many beautiful public parks in a large city, facing across the north lawn of the park at an old, historic train bridge; the bridge, built in nineteen sixteen, is used only by railroad and regional passenger trains and easily recognizable by its design and distinctive pinkish-red color and its through-arch truss design, as well as the tall and massive concrete supports; a light has been turned on under the bridge near the riverfront as it begins to get darker outside; while the sky is gray and overcast in the background, the autumn trees of the park breathe cor into the foreground, with many reddish leaves still on the trees and many more on the grass floor.
