I bought a large thing & it got delivered today. Bc it was through Costco it was delivered into the house & I knew when it was coming, which I shared w/my household bc I knew answering the door would be a lot for me & wrangling the dogs would wreck me.

I must have been an even more pain than I thought. I don't typically burst into tears with relief when the morphine hits unless my pain is extremely severe.

It's one of the secondary symptoms I use to determine how much pain I'm in when I'm heavily medicated, masking it.

Last night had all the external things that always help me sleep - it was even raining just hard enough to faintly hear the rhythm on our metal roof. It was really lovely.

But me/cfs & long covid had other ideas so instead I got less than 3hrs of sleep & they weren’t even consecutive 🙄
