Domaine Durieu Lucile Avril Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2023, France Light golden in color. Beautiful nose with white flowers, citrus notes, spices, white pepper and light earth. Light to medium in body with medium acidity. Dry on the palate with citrus, limes, green apples, light grapefruits, herbs, peppercorn and earth. Long finish with limes and light almonds. This is a very tasty white wine from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Complex and entertaining. Nicely balanced and refreshing. A good quality wine that will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years. A nice sipping wine that will also pair nicely with food. A blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 40% Roussanne and 10% Picpoul. Aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months. 13.5% alcohol by volume. 91 points. $50.

Nice finish with limes and grapefruits. This is a tasty and easy drinking white wine from Columbia Valley in Washington State. Spicy and entertaining, and a good quality wine.
