Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries. This is a delicious Petite Sirah/Tempranillo blend from Paso Robles. Elegant, spicy and smooth. Complex, bold and entertaining. Tangy and interesting. Drinking very nicely right out of the bottle with lots of Petite Sirah notes. As it opens up, the Tempranillo shows up. Really loved the nose after 3 hours of airtime. Delicious now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years. Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. Paired very nicely with Havarti cheese. Long finish with medium tannins and tangy cherries. This is a young Bordeaux blend from Yountville in Napa Valley. Rich and extracted. Dense and fruit forward. Chewy and interesting. This Single Vineyard is very dry right out of the bottle, and better after 90 minutes of airtime. Nicely balanced and complex. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.
