Une contre-étiquette qui dit « Non filtré, légèrement suifité à la mise en bouteille, ce vin est protégé contre les variations de température » 14.5%vol (ça veut dire 15 en vérité), OUCH.
I had nothing quite ready to be drunk in the cellar (that I had not opened in the last month or so)… So I went on with one of my trademark « corkscrew drift » and opened this. Oh boy does it deliver 😱 although you can definitely tell 22 was a hot vintage, it’s balance amazes me.
