Forgot to post my recap of this session. It was nice and cool (aka mid-70s), so keeping the #sexypace relatively strong and heart rate low was fairly easy. Added some strides for miles 5 and 10. Legs feel good today, gonna mow the lawn and shake things out later today. I can feel the progress.
