So I finally found a physio who listened to me. Started last week with five minute daily walks which was shockingly harder than I expected. Probably the least fit I’ve ever been. But it was way easier by the end of the week. Start 7 minutes today. A bit hard but doable. #Cardiomyopathy sux but
