#AntagonistApril 3

#TheDragonblood: Felix encounters a couple of bullies in Nemoros who beat him up and try to take his magic backpack.

#InReverse: I said no antagonists, but the story starts with Meg in a fight with a man who shoots her. (1/2)

#AntagonistApril 2

#TheDragonblood: Laannig is general of the Akewan army. Maybe that makes the Akewan army an antagonist group? Not all agree with Laannig, though.

That said, it came up in feedback I received recently that maybe it doesn't make sense for the story to be about war. (1/4)

#AntagonistApril 4

#TheDragonblood: One antagonist, Laannig.

#InReverse: No antagonist, so I probably won't be discussing this story for the rest of the month.

#ThroughTheCracks: Two antagonists, Kye Peterson and Erron Colborne.

#MiwwduSitsomSelkieWIP: A vague idea for an antagonist, so far.

#QueerPrompts 4: My NaNoWriMo 2018 story was about Sabrina from #TheDragonblood. It didn't get super far, and half of what I had is obsolete because I've made changes to Sabrina's backstory, and half is major spoilers.

I do want to write a story about Sabrina, but I'll have to rewrite from scratch.

#pretendpanel 4: I do tend to try for some humour in my stories.

My one series that I would label a comedy, though, is #EarthIslands, which is about the World Wars and the Interbellum, so, uh...

But my other stories, like #TheDragonblood, have some humorous lines in them.

#FantasyIndiesApril 3: Well, the titles for #TheDragonblood and #ThroughTheCracks came about because there was something I wanted conveyed to the audience that couldn't be in the story. For the former, it was that Aimetor (the Dragonblood) is the mainest character, not the PoV Felix. (1/2)

#TheDragonblood: I haven't decided how Felix would react to caffeine, whether he'd be the type for it to make him EXTRA jittery, or calm and focused, or sleepy, or simply do nothing.

I'm thinking his caffeinated beverage of choice would be a hot chocolate, though. (1/3)

#TheDragonblood: Felix is generally fond of animals. If he could have any animal as a pet/companion… well, it REALLY depends on whether dragons are an option!

The dragons of the magical world are sentient and considered people.
