Have had a bit of golfer's elbow, so I'm breaking up the dead preachers a bit by reintroducing the #barbellCurl, here for only 95x12 and 13 (been 4 months since I touched this, and 8 since I entered this rep range). I think the 15+ rep PR should be achievable next time.

After some tucked lever rows and OHP, I went ahead and brought the standing #barbellCurl back into rotation for 105x10 (then 8 on the second); 2 reps more than previously despite this being the first time in two months of almost exclusively getting my squatting preacher curls up and on par with it.

Delts and Biceps workout. I filmed my bicep curls, 155LBs, 175LBs, then backdown sets of 155LBs, 135LBs and then a set on the forearm machine.

105x7 PR on #barbellCurl. Again, just good clean fun and almost purely a performance metric for the real on rings. Although I do still feel this grip approximates neutral and adds a bit of variety beyond being heavier.

Second set of 100x8 on #barbellCurl. Tried for a ninth, but couldn't even start the damn thing going up. This is quite the improvement compared to last time two weeks ago where I only managed 7 then 5.

Ha, got the 8 for a PR and then was really feeling it and managed another PR of 9 for the second set. I would probably attribute this to the recent inclusion of #reverseCurls on rings, given that my particular grip on the #barbellCurl makes in a bit of a hammer curl.

I just got back to curling 95 for 7s (though probably could have ground out an 8th on the first set were I so inclined), which I previously achieved back in June before dropping #barbellCurl for my meet prep, so PRs are well on the way in that regard, then it's on into the 100s, I think forevermore.
