In August, I was scared to travel alone for the first time since my #MS got worse. I did it, it was fine. In two days, I face a new test: traveling alone in order to be a caregiver for over a week. Oh the #anxiety. But I did that. I can do this, too.

Miss Vicky’s sea salt, potato chips it says kettle cooked potato chips, Miss Vicky’s sea salt original made with love and care. It has a picture of potatoes and a little wooden bowl of sea salt and then hot in that bag of chips. You see some Sabra original recipe hummus that is opened and ready for consumption.
This is as close to fast food as I ever willingly get.
Not because I don’t like it, but because my body will punish me for days up two weeks if I make the mistake of eating it.

Excellent walk today. My #MS had me a little wobbly, but I met FOUR new neighborhood #dogs. My favorite is when I ask the owner if I can pet them and they say, "You can try, she's really shy," and then we become best friends.
