High pain day. Right hip feels attached to my left shoulder. Left leg is pulled down to the earths core for some reason. Pain and numbness down my right leg. 🥲
I had to skip a medication dose because the pharmacy was slow to fill. Have it now, will be fine.

He said he could feel swelling in there and it's likely nerve related pain. He has me coming back in three weeks to see where we're at. Gonna ice more now than heat since he said there is still swelling in there. End/

Right now I'm icing with frozen water bottle at night, Voltaren cream, and Lidocaine. I can't wear most shoes due to pain and I'm having a hard time believing the pain will lessen.
