24/7 Some days are louder than others but it's ever present with no escape. Today has been a bad day. Nothing is drowning it out. It's making me nauseated, dizzy, my neck tight,& exhausted. The pain in my head is just as bad every day.

It is really difficult to describe what constant tinnitus is like and why it is such a exhausting experience especially when coupled with double/blurry vision and constant headache.
