Narcissistic abuse and fatigue if you are in a relationship with a narcissist you are probably exhausted. They are difficult, needy, controlling, verbally and mentally abusive and more. How on this good god's earth can you not be utterly exhausted. The way they function and the way they really and interact with you is the equivalent of a vampire sucking the life out of a person. They constantly need your attention. They constantly need your energy. And if you have a relationship with these people you are definitely going to be tired. That said, it's crucial to double-check with your GP and ensure that any alternative approach is safe for you, particularly regarding potential allergies or interactions with medications you're currently taking, Air hunger / shortness of breath: - Lobelia Inflata drops (never take more than recommended dose!) Brain fog memory: - Ginkgo Biloba drops - Panax Ginseng drops Muscle pain / general fatique - 100% broadleaf plantain juice 2-3x a day 10ml
So if any of you have similar symptoms & can't find anything that helps, maybe some of it will work for you too & give you some quality of life back until we have better answers.
